With the release of Reaper of Souls, the addition of the crusader class, and the removal of the real-money auction house, Diablo III received the infusion it needed to raise its entertainment value to new heights for many fans. Following the departure of Jay Wilson as game director, Joshua Mosqueira took over and spoke at GDC 2015 about these and many other changes that came to the action RPG as part of the Reaper of Souls expansion pack.
