From the I-didn't-see-that-coming department comes word that those of you who have Xbox Live Gold subscriptions can score Fable III for free on the console's marketplace.  You'd best hurry off and take advantage of the steal, though, as the announcement on Facebook clearly states that the action RPG isn't going to be free of charge for very long:
