In an interesting fans-meet-creators moment, The Game Creators Vault has put together Zack Finrock and Vince Talenti, the guys behind the Nuka Break fan video shorts based on the Fallout franchise and Obsidian Entertainment's Chris Avellone and Tim Cain, the latter's presence being particularly notable since he was in the circle of people that were instrumental to the development of the very first Fallout title.
