shaman shrine problem.

ok im standing infront of kodo rock(shaman shrine) my quest is to go to kodo rock and drink the seer and im next to it and when i try to use the seer it says that i need a shaman shrine .
whats wrong.
there is only a box there too that need a ROD OF HERCULAR that i dont have.
anyone knows whats that im doing wrong?

well i don't remember exactly what to do, but i had no problems doing from reading my quest log. Stand _REALLY_ close to the rock is all i can say.

I guess you've got two salves and gave it to the quest giver then got the follow up which gave you one or two saptas drink these very close to the rock.
