Anyone here knows how long time it takes for Blizzard to respond on a webform containing important information (to recover a hacked account)

I sent one yesterday.. And well, if anyone here has done it before. How long time did it take for you to get an answer? Or if u havent sent but still know. How long avarage would it take for them to answer me?

Oh and is it possible to speak to a GM to get back items my hacker deleted on my character?

You'll have a much better chance getting a response by opening a Ticket in-game for a GM reply. They usually respond within an hour in all but one situation. It had nothing to do with the ticket, it was just a busy night. If you have a reference number from your webform and you gave that to the GM in-game I'm sure they'd be able to help you. It's much better than trying to play "phone-tag" via forum posts, private message, or even e-mail.
