Installation Error

Hey guys and girls,


i bought Redemption today and sadly i cant install it. When the installshield wizard is rdy he says "_INS5576._MP.exe occured an error and is being closed. Restart the program" (in german as i have the german version).

My pc stats:

amd athlon xp 2600+
Radeon9800pro
Win2k
good drivers, as every other game works fine.


Does anyone of you know what i can do now to play Redemption?

You still have a receipt ? That's your best bet i guess, you may have a poor quality cd or something, can't think of anything else causing this problem.
