Throughout the game, you will be offered a variety of choices, which in turn can both raise and deplete humanity. A warning though; There are many more ways to lose humanity than to gain it.

Basically, be nice and care for humans.

Do not go to zero humanity, though, or it is game over, and you are awefully close.

It's been a while since i last played this game, but as far as my memory goes, i only recall that you can actually gain humanity by being a smartass in the presence of the prince in Prague. He'll do something to you that raises your humanity. But in your case, a humanity of just 5 will leave you pretty much with only one option to finish the game, the evil way.

activate console by adding -console to the end of path to Vampire.exe in your game shortcut
for example:
"E:\GAMES\Vampire Masquarade\Vampire.exe" -console

then activate console in game, then press "~" (or "`") and enter:

"revive"

in the console, without quotes

sets your humanity to 30 (40?) or something
