couple of newbie questions 0_o

i'm pretty new to the game (playing for the first time through, right now in the haus de hexe) and therefore have a lot of dumbass questions for you

1. how is the amount of your bloodpool determined? can't seem to figure that out.. besides.. every one of my characters has 140 blood, except for christof the ****y who somehow sticks at 120..

2. what is the difference between a serenity amulet and a serenity ring? the description says the same thing on both items (reduces frenzy blabla) but the amulet costs nearly twice the money the ring does..

which leads to my next question

3. two serenity rings = double frenzy reduction? two serenity rings + serenity amulet = triple frenzy reduction?

and also

4. what happens when i wear two discipline rings (80% blood cost each)? and the discipline amulet (60% blood cost)?

5. is there an exquisite rapier in the game? i save/loaded like mad at the smithy but never got to see one :|

6. anyone know a WORKING cheat to adjust humanity lvl? i accidently killed a knight of st john early in the game and then i accidently killed a monk in the petrin hills 0_o i know there is a console command named humanity but i can't seem to get it working.

thats all that come to my mind right now
more later, gotta go gaming
