Communication box where is it??

hi
I have kill the underground king the last monster is the sewers the one that has alll rats with him.
I continue down the sewer i find the elevator to go up but i dont found the communication box of the fbi to put the machine that then will give the code.
I now that the code will be given to me buy the hacker at home but i don't know where tu put the machine to get the code.
Another bug ?? or i miss something???

There's a device hanging on the wall, on the left side right in front of the elevator. Fraid you have to go back downthere to activate it.
