I believe I have encountered a bug while attempting to complete the "Thin Blood" quest. With the "only" exception of the first character I made for the game, everytime I reach the part where I free Lily, the game freezes. No talking blood salesman at all, just Lily's spiel leading to her running off to the beach, which unfortunately she doesn't, she just sticks there and neither her nor my character can move or use any disciplines. I have both re-installed the game and installed the patch in vain hopes of fixing this problem. Someone PLEASE HELP!! I know it is only one measly exp. but I am anal and one uncompleted quest at game's end BUGS me. Thanks in advance.
Somebody else had this problem a couple weeks ago and we weren't much help. My only real suggestion would be to make sure you have the patch downloaded and to keep reloading/trying again.
Outside of this, I'd probably recommend trying your luck on the Activision forums. Also the the Planet Vampire forums have the heart of the modding community at it. My guess is that their tech support forums might have some clues or be a good place to post for help if someone here can't provide an answer.
I appreciate it, and am planning on trying the other boards as well As for saving/reloading, it NEVER works have tried probably at least 30 times to resolve the problem with new characters, different save points, attempting quest at different times (such as after downtown stuff started), re-install of game and patch (twice now ). So hopefully the forums can help, but thanks again for the attempt
