Stuck in Warrens

Hello Folks,

I'm in that big room with that leads to either Resorvoir 1 or Res 2. I know that I need to turn off the fan yet keep the both Res's flooded yet I an't seem to be able to do that. I can't hack the electrical prompt on the nearby computer to see if that would help or not. Any ideas?
