Skyline computers

I just finished Metalhead Industries part of the A Tangled Web quest. When I returned to the skyline appartements I couldn't use any of the computers in the building. The other computers in the game still works. Does anybody know what's wrong?

there are points at which your computer goes dead on you - I just did another bit of quest, returned and it came back on-line - even so, it can be very frustrating.
