Where the hell is that shop in Hollywood?

I've been looking for it everywhere but I can't find it and I'm tired of having to load all the time cuz my pc ain't all that great...

What shop? cause there are a few shops... Sin Bin, the variety store where you can buy guns... Internet Cafe...

The only shop in Hollywood that you can purchase things at is the Red Spot. Talk to the dopey cashier whose name I've forgotten and he'll eventually offer you the "special." The Red Spot is, of course, near the taxi.
