Santa Monica Havin not available?

I am almost at the end of Ch. 2 and no Havin. My Goul is in the apt. in Santa Monica. I was nice to Lacroux. Any ideas??

A couple questions, (1) Are you a Tremere or Nosferatu? - If so, they get their own havens at later junctures. (2) Did you kill anyone on the Elizabeth Dane? - If so, come to terms with the fact you may never get the haven.

If memory serves, Toreador and Ventrue should get it if after the Dane mission. Meanwhile, Malkavian, Gangrel and Brujah get the downtown haven after the Calling Dr. Grout mission. Again, this if you've upheld the Masquerade, not killed anyone on the Dane, and been polite to LaCroix.

I am a Temere and have just finished the Museum quest. Just got the Ankaran Sarcophagus quest- near end of ch 2. No killing.

The Santa Monica haven is always available, unless you are given another one down town. Then it just becomes an empty room. In case you lost it, it's the little place you start out at. It's got everything you need.

Ok, you're a Tremere. Hold out and be nice to Strauss. A fancy new Haven will soon come your way.

In the meantime, the Santa Monica Haven should still be available to you. If it's not, you've got a bug. (is your computer gone, or what?).

You get it after you've entered Hollywood. To get the Tremere Haven as soon as possible, do the Gargoyle Quest from Isaac as soon as possible. In order to get this quest, you've first got to complete the Dead Ex quest, I believe. Regardless, completing the Gargoyle Quest will enable you to secure the Tremere Haven (which is quite nice).
