question about a quest

In "A dish best served cold" I am playing a female gangrel. I don't have any points in persuasion seduction or any communication skills Is there any way at all to get him to give the restaurant a bad review? I tried and I was not able to get him to do it.

I'm sure you can persuade or intimidate to get the desired result. I've never tried seduction, but can't imagine that it wouldn't work - I just never tried. Beyond that, well, you sure can't beat it out of him. It's a side-quest, and not really that important as far as I know, so maybe you just have to give it up - or maybe come back to it later, if you can.
