Problem with Malk and Dish best served cold

I was playing a malk and even though I know the dement option works well I decided to try seduction or persuasion. I talked to Flayton and chose the option where it says about the devourer of soles, and then yes "It just so happens I'm looking for a flayton" but then (since i heard you need 4 points of persuasion) the persuasion option appeared, about "Is this a joke your reviewing this restaurant hahaha" but then it only gives me two options and they both get me no where. He says I don't have time for this or something.

what am I doing wrong?

You should have used Dementation instead. It is written like that on purpose, possibly because Flayton shouldn't be persuaded by a clearly mad guy ...
