If I remember this quest correctly, you have to place the cameras and then set the cameras up using the computer in the bedroom of the apartment. You'll get an email message immediately on the computer when you complete the quest.

Do you run out of there once youve done everything, or do you sneak back out? I had the same problem the first two times I tried it but then I snuck back out once everything was set up and it worked.
