Old chinese guys' keys, video tape and CD-ROM

I'm next to the end of the game and I don't know what to do with these items:

---1 The two keys that I got from the old guys in Chinatown (I made them friends and then I killed both);

---2 The video tape I got from an apartment in Santa Monica;

---3 The CD-ROM I got from Metalhead company.

Can someone give me a hint?

#2,3 you have to put in your mailbox when/if gary sends you the emails about them

But the e-mail to please stuff 2 & 3 in your mail box will only happen if you find another item first.

Item one from Gary can be found in Hollywood. It's a movie...think theatrics

the game does not require you to return to Isaac, so not everybody gets the Chinese theatre quest - I completed the game without getting in there.

if you do go in there - be prepared and buy the sledge-hammer - it is also good on zombies.

Or get some super persuade skills. IIRC 7 should do the trick. Also talk to the tremere guy before and then use common sense in the answers.
