Need help with Necromantic quest. Bug?

Well, I was hoping someone could help me figure out what to do here.

I am on the necromantic quest, I have followed what it has said to do, picked up the business card, and looked absolutely EVERYWHERE in his appartment (including where he is supposed to be hiding) but he's not there! I am completely lost and don't wanna piss Pisha off... she has scary eyes

Is this a bug, or am I just stoopid?

He should be cowering in his closet which is located right next to his computer, in the bedroom. You'll have to open the closet. Again, his apartment is on the first floor, Skyline Building.

Well this site says it is the skyline appartments, as does his business card, and I have looked in the cupboard where the grating is, but he is just not there. I really don't understand it...

I will take a peek in the empire hotel...

Sorry, I mistyped. It's first floor Skyline. He should be in that closet cowering and whimpering, if not, then there's a very odd bug. Perhaps, you're just overlooking him? Maybe he's blending in the shadows a bit.

Well thanx for trying to help but he's just not there! Pisha wants to know where he is. Do I still get to do the following quests by her if I don't complete that one? Is there a way of making him appear magically or telling the game I completed that quest or am I dooooomed?

If he's not there, then its not looking good. Unfortunately, you can't complete her quests without first taking care of the reporter. Your best bet is to patch, and try and reload from a point before you undertake the quest.

You can use the console to give yourself the appropriate rewards.

Sorry for the hardluck. I've not heard of this bug, and have never had any trouble finding him where he's suppose to be.

Gosh darnit! I guess I give up... Thanx for the assistance though! I think I should report the him to some sort of missing persons deparmtent at activision

Yeah, you might check out Activision's forums. There may be a way to fix the issue that the tech support people can help you with. They're more experienced with these bugs. Likewise, planetvampire has a lot of modder community stuff. It's possible there is some modder tool developed which allows you to set variables, that I'm unaware of. I'd probably scower the entire Skyline building too and hospital too, just in case he decided to hide from you....

If ya can't find the guy, start the mission over. When he gets done talking, kill him yourself. Then when Pisha asks you to bring him down, tell her you killed him already. That will satisfy her. You still get XP and Masquerade Redemption and she'll send you looking for her things. You can still get the Nosferatu picture from his room but far as I've seen it doesn't give you anything.

yeah he should be in his closet. Now its a dark room so you might have to use Auspex to brighten the room to see him. At least I had to.
