Need Help-Gone Fishin' quest. *Possible Spoiler*

I need some help... I seem to be unable to finish this quest.

I talked to the young Demon Hunter from the rice shop, and got what I needed from Ming. But, Zygaena is nowhere to be found in the Red Dragon, where he should sit is empty.

I tried to make him spawn using the console, but the best I could do was teleport to his spot.

I installed the 2.6 patch before this happened, then uninstalled completely, started over, with the original version, and then tried again, repeating the steps til Ming.

But, still no Zygaena.

Is there some trigger to get him to appear that I am missing? Or is there some other problem?

When you say you removed it completly over, you started a brand new game and "Save" game?

You have to use the Official 1.2 patch, there is a game stopping bug if you don't, the Unofficia; 2.7 fixes the problem you are having.
