The Food Critic in Hollywood? Well there are a couple ways, (1) If your persuasion skill is high enough you can talk him into writing a bad review. Essentially, you tell him that it's a bad idea to give this place a good review, because he's becoming the joke of the food world for being too soft. If you need specifics on the right dialogues, let us know. (2) If your seduction is high enough (this works for males, I'm not sure if it works for females), you can convince him you love his work, and then convince him its not in his best interest to write the review. (3) I think intimidate works, as well.

If you're Nosferatu the quest is very easy, as he'll be disgusted you're in his presence. If you're Malkavian and your dementation skill is high enough, you can use it to convince him that he is eating worms. And, if you're Ventrue you can use Dominate to get the desired effect.

As far as I know, these are the only ways to solve the quest. So, you may just need to add some more points to your favorite social skill. I'm not sure exactly what rankings are needed, but its not an astronomical amount.
