Nasty bug when first meeting Gary

Hi!

I already searched the web but I didnt found anything to help me. :|
The thing is, when I first meet Gary during the "The Epic of the Ankaran Sarcophagus" quest in "Nosferatu Warrens, Level Five" the following bug appears:

So as you see there are just to blank answers from which I can choose.. that always show up at the end of the discussion with Gary (rather after the question "think carefully, who are you here for?"),
but nothing happens when I press 1 or 2, the game is not freezed or something because I can see the flames of the candles are still moving but well ...I cant continue.

I saved before I ran into his room, so I could reload and I tried all possible answers... but in the end I always get stuck with this two empty answers.

I dont really think you can help me with this, but Im still curious if someone else noticed this or if theres even a solution.
(btw of course I have the 1.2 patch and the latest 4.8 inofficial patch installed.)

Strange, I will try to check this out. Did you continue an older saved game? Have you tried reloading from a saved game outside the last warren level?

Yeah first I reloaded from the part where you jump into this big hole into the nosferatu area.. I will also try an earlier savegame later.

nope wont work, I guess Ill have to start again. I wonder if the bug appears again.

I checked it on my installation yesterday and had no problems...

damn i got stuck again. i dont know ..i played the same char again from the beginning (malkavian girl) ..maybe its because I use the german unofficial patches... ? or is it because i use cheats? ...i have no idea, but i wont start again.

The german translation of the unofficial patch isn't stable yet as far as I know. Please email any problems to it's creator, so he can fix them!

ok, they said that the 4.9 patch fixes this problem and it does, it works.
