Look in the install directory of your game, and look for a folder called "Vampire" and then "cfg", in my case it's:
C:\Games\PC\Games\Shooter\Vampire [The Masquerade] - Bloodlines\Vampire\cfg
Look for a file called "autexec.cfg", I strongly suggest you make a copy of it in case you mess up, simply select it and press [CTRL+C] and now press [CTRL+V] and a copy of the file will be created.
Now open "autoexec.cfg" with
Notepad and you'll immediately recognize the different camera-key bindings there, play with them to your liking, always taking care that you don't bind some camera keys to other keys already mapped to other functions in the game.
