Location of occult items in the unnoficial patches

Hey, first post here

I've been replaying the game for like the third time, decided to try a Brujah, and it's been mildly different from my previous games as Toreador and Ventrue. So far, so good, and the patch is a real saver, my game is running way smoother on an old rig and the quests DO work, for a change but I've also got a slight problem. I always powerbuild. That's what I do in every freakin' RPG, I just can't help it, but it seems in the patch some of the occult items have changed location, and even some of the XP points attributed seem to have been changed too. Can anyone point me to a list of these as of the 4.8 patch or any other recent one?

I've only upgraded as far as wesp's 4.6 (really like this patch the best) & here are the items and locations where I found them in the patch.

Spoilers ahoy but I'm only putting in the items that will benefit the clans you play:


Weekapaug Thistle: in the library in Grout's Mansion
Tarulfang: In Grout's Mansion in the electricity room.
Bloodstar: Reward from Maximillian Strauss for dealing with plaguebearers
Fae Charm: Reward from Maximillian Strauss for destroying the Hollywood gargoyle and not ratting out the Camarilla

Galdjum: In your trunk in your new haven if you are not Tremere or a Nosferatu.

Odious Chalace: Quest reward from Pisha
Key of Alamut: Quest reward from Pisha
Ancient Locket: Quest reward from Mr. Ox
Heart of Eliza: Quest reward from Mr. Ox

Braid Talisman: In your mailbox. Gift from Mitnick after 2nd Shrecknet hub is working

Mummywrap Fetish: In the house at Kings Way, top floor.

Saulocept: In the Crypt in the Giovanni Stronghold, 2nd entrance on your right just before you head downstairs

Pearl of Dubai: Item added to patch. Reward from Issac.
