An earlier thread ID's the model for Jennett, but who recognized the bassis (if a bit loose, but still) for Jack?

I have no official word, but he imediately struck me as Wolfman Jack, Radio/Telivision personality from a few decades ago. Died in...'94 was it? And apperantly not resting in peace.
