Is it possible to change the game slightly so the tremere can have higher combat levels? If so how.
Thank you.

Have a higher combat level? I'm not sure what you mean. The only limitation on Tremere's ability in combat is that their phyiscal stats are capped at (4) and that physical abilities are not their primary requisite in character creation. Quite frankly, they can still use "blood buff" in combat (which,I believe, boosts their physical attributes to 5 anyway...), which negates most of these limitation(s) for more melee inclined players.

Regardless, you can probably by-pass the limitation using cheats. The complete list can be found here . You can add attribute points to your character. My guess - though I've never tried - is that you probably can add a fifth level in an attribute that way, as well. Though, personally, since you have access to blood buff anyway, I wouldn't be too concerned about maximizing your physical attributes.

When playing a Tremere, I'd add, your bread and butter is not going to be physical statistics. You're better off focusing on dominate and thaumaturgy. Those are both very potent disciplines when used correctly.

If you are making a tremere, it shouldn't be for melee purposes. Tremere are designed for ranged combat. Auspex, with its bonus to Perception, increases your ranged damage quite a bit, and Dominate and Thaumaturgy are both best used at a distance (with the exception of Thaumaturgy's purge.) If you are interested in a melee character however, you might want to look at a Brujah or Gangrel. Brujah get a +1 to brawl which means they can have a maximum unarmed of 11, and the Gangrel Protean form does Aggravated damage, which goes straight through supernatural defenses. I would say that in this game though, a Brujah would beat a Gangrel because with Celerity 5, you are pretty much a god.

*As a side note*
Did any1 else notice that when you use celerity 5, and then some1 shoots the bullets slow down, but if you exit celerity 5...they are still very slow? Or was that just me?
