I'm stuck.. need help

Hi I just got the PC game and started playing it and I'm completly stuck. I finished the haunted house quest and got the pendant and the diary. When I got back I found Jeanette, she wanted me to go over at the Noir Gallery and cut the paintings. How do I do this? That's question 1.
Question 2. The freezer code. I read on this board it's 1969 but that doesn't work. Where do you find this code?
Question 3. Who is this vampire in the diner? I tried fighting him but I can't beat him. And then there is this mad woman who chaces me with a torch. who is she? Do I have to beat them? How?
question 4 I have the little possesions of Lily from the diner. Where is LILy? What do I have to do to solve this quest.
Question 5. The Asian Dude. Who is he, where can I find him. From the drivers license it sez he is Crumb, V. I looked it up over at the bail bonds guy and it sez there he's dead in the morgue ...

I can only answer your first question, you have to cut the paintings in a specific order. If you do it wrong, they will magically restore themselves. It's not that hard to figure out the right order.

1: The paintings go in a specific order of wich is described in the book of Nod. First Kain slays his brother out of loth. Then he's banished, meets lillith and offs her too.
2: You can get the freezer code from a nearby computer or you can ask a doctor that walks around in one of the rooms.
3: I never saw a vampire in the diner. Just those 4 goons that the twins send after you.
4: Use the Krime-puter at bail bonds to get information.
5: There's a trunk next to the corpse. there you wil find your next clue

Here's something fun I found on a other site when I was looking to answer my questions:
