Help with noclip please

I can't get through the speed swimming part, no matter how many times I try. (Guess this game wasn't designed for those with aged reflexes!) I read that you can use noclip, but I'm having trouble with that too. I get up to the pipe, but then I get lost. Can someone give "instructions for fools" directions please? I've really loved the game up to now, and don't want to have to give up at this stage.

you just have to be careful pressing the direction keys when you are using the noclip cheat.
try to reach the watertank on the right (when its full of water) and deactivate the noclip cheat again, and swim to the top.

Thankyou so much. I was using noclip to get up to the pipe while the reservoir was empty, then getting lost. It hadn't even occurred to me to use it to swim against the current - D'uh. I'm finally through that pipe, nice welcome I got, too.
