Help please to install patch

I have downloaded the latest patch 2.16 mg. I'm finding it hard to install manually as the folders in the patch do not match those on my computer. Any advice?

The latest unofficial patch is 4.9 which includes an installer that should make installing it very easy. It can be gotten from The Patches Scrolls.
