I've told heather to change appearance three separate times now, and she hasn't. This is the only dialogue option I get when speaking to her. Is this a game glich, or do I just need to wait a really long time before returning to the haven?

normally, when you ask her to change appearance, all you have to do is leave and re-enter the haven, and its changed.
