1. Walk in with anaconda
2. start shooting and make your way to the center of the room (this gives u nice running room)
3.every 3 or 4 shots he will disappear into a pink puff of smoke. RIGHT AS THE SMOKE GOES TURN AROUND AND BACK UP.
4.he will reappear and try to slash u continue until dead. | Not bad. I do him with the Tal-mahe-ra blade. Same process, more or less. When he vanishes, he always appears on your six. Stay crouched (it seems to make it harder for him to hit you). He's got that bloody great grain-scythe of his, which is big and scary but slow and ponderous. You have the wonderfully light, super-fast, super-tough magic blade not of this world, coincidentally manufactured for the specific purpose of killing vampires. Does that sound like a party or what?
When he pops out, spin and slash at the same time. This gives you a horizontal cut under the Sheriff's guard, normally just as he pops in and before he can get in a decent shot. A couple more slashes, and he pops out again. Rinse and repeat.
It helps to keep one of the pillars close to your back, so when he pops out, he tends to pop in on the other side of it. That tends to block his first shot at you with the pillar. Then you sneak around the pillar, and continue the attack. Try to position yourself so that when he pops in, he pops in on the same side of the pillar as you are going to be swinging from, otherwise the pillar will block your attack, too.
You can take the Sheriff out with 0 blood packs and 0 Odious Chalice fixes.
Of course, by the time you're on the roof for a bit, it sure doesn't hurt to have a few recharges handy, but I can usually do the Sheriff and the Behemoth with just the Chalice.
It takes a bit of work, but it can be learned.
Oh, and the Behemoth? The Anaconda is an exceptionally good choice. |
