I just set the astrolite, and I can't get past the ghouls. What is the easiest way to get past the ghouls?

Are you referring to the sabbat thugs guarding the where house? Or, the vampires that attack you as you exit it? Or, something later in the game?

Once you set the astrolite, you pretty much have to fight the vampires that attack you. They really aren't too tough, if you use your disciplines effectively.

Be more specific, and we might be able to give you some more constructive advice.
