Hi, sorry I've been gone for so long. With the advent of my Deceased Hard Drive, this will be considerably tougher. The good news is that I found a place to transfer it (the site you originally allowed it to be downloaded from). However, with my drive burnt, it's a question of digging through a ton of backup disks spanning years to see if it made it onto any of them. I'll let you know if I find it. One option that is yet to be completely discarded is the attempt to recover the hard disk that was cooked - I'm still looking into options in that respect.
