| Foolproof way to take out the batboy at the end... Okay, maybe not foolproof- you should have a half-decent firearms skill. Also, the Killmatic is a real good thing to have for this.
First, when you get dragged out onto the roof, ignore Batboy totally. That's right, fuggedaboudit. Also, don't worry about the guy firing the odd round in your vampiric direction- he'll have much bigger, blacker and airborne problems real soon.
Take out the first two wolf creatures- flamethrower is recommended. Then run along the front of the building from one side to the other. This will spawn more creatures, who you can then slice, dice, or flame as you like. Being close to the building will cut down big-time on the damage Batboy can inflict.
Keep doing this until no more puppies are annoying you. I believe a max of 6 are spawned. Now, go to one of the searchlights, and to quote Bugs Bunny, "Overture, Hit the Lights". Place yourself between Batboy and the beam and soon he should be flopping on the ground with a serious case of night blindness.
Now, with your trusty Killmatic, go up to him and empty the clip right at point-blank range. This should leave him so hurtin' that a couple shotgun blasts or pistol shots should finish him off.
