elizabeth dane´s quest (possible spoilers)

i´m trying to do the elizabeth dane´s quest, but after speaking with lacroix and accepting the mission , when i go back to santa monica´s beach, i cannot find the boat that is supposed to be waiting for me, is there something missing? i mean : must i complete other missions before the boat appears in the beach? or is it possible there is some bug in the copy i have of the game? please help!!!

Maybe you are just overlooking it. It's a small dingy out in the water and the sea is quite dark. Use Auspex or turn your monitor brightness up.

yea i had that same problem when i was playing. all u have to do is turn tha monitor brightness up because tha boat blends in like crazy with tha water
