Comparison of Graphic Cards

I have a two NVIDIA 6800 ultras running in SLI and the graphics are great in VtMB. However I was wondering if two SLI enabled NVIDIA 7800s would run the game signifigantly faster??? (assuming the computers are the same in every other aspect cpu,RAM, etc.etc.) Also are ATI Radeon cards superior to NVIDIAS when running VtMB. (since HL2 runs better on Radeons and VtMB runs of the source engine)

Good Question...

The last time I played I still had a 128 MB ATI Radeon 9500 PRO and only 768 MB RAM ( Pentium 4 2.66 Ghz CPU ). They game worked awesome...it was reasonable fast.
Now I have a Sapphire 256 MB ATI Radeon 9600XT and 1 Gig RAM, but haven't reinstalled and played the game yet...need to do that and take a look for the differences....

2.8 GHz Pentium 4 processor, 768 GB RAM, Intel Extreme Graphics 2 integrated graphics card. To put it in perspective, pong is a stretch for my graphics card. Still, Bloodlines ran fine on my computer. I experienced no real bugs. I did experience the occasional crash, but that was mainly when I'd been playing for a long time without restarting the pc. The laggiest parts for me were with protean or celerity.

I have an Nvidea Geforce (5600 I think) 256 Mb - my machine is an AMD and there are issues between machine and card. it can run the game well, much better than my 128Mb ATI card did - but there are occasional crashes.

You might want to try the latest Omega drivers....it could solve the problems...
