Chinatown hitman quest not working!

Help...I cant get the Chinatown hitman quest to work properly.

I first got the quest from the fortune teller but then I went to the rest. to talk to the other guy. I couldnt get any diaglogue options from him. So I killed him and didnt see a key anywhere. Is this a bug?

I have my game patched to version 1.2.

Did he happen to be in the bathroom when you found him (the second guy)? He won't talk to you if he's in there. You'll have to wait for him to come out.

Just a thought...I don't know of any bugs associated with this. He should talk to you in the restaurant area.

Yes he was in the bathroom when I talked to him. I thouight it would be better in there in case I wanted to kill him and be discrete.

Hiyas, I was able to get 10pts total for this quest...

Anyway first off initiate this quest through the fortune teller. Then proceed to the Red dragon bar area and talk to the old drunk, he will provide an option to get a higher % of the money if you dont kill him and retrieve the fortune tellers key. Well if you are the patient type you can run back and forth and get the % up to 50 (80max). At 50 I noticed the dialogue options had changed with the fortune teller, in which you can easily convince him to split the money with the old drunk...(just remember do not initiate this dialogue prematurely else you wont get the full 10pts). Go back to the Red dragon and wait till he uses the urinal, kill him once the speak icon will no longer appear. When i did this the key the fortune teller needs did not drop, but i still recieved 4 pts exp. Now go back to the fortune teller and convince him to split the money with the (now deceased) old drunk. you will get an additional 6pts exp...
