Chewing Gum?!?!

I am currently playing the game for the 6th time and I have just installed the 5.2 patch, Ive got a quest to give the stake, the 'unicorn' blood and some chewing gum to that dense thin blood at the beach. I just want to know, where is the chewing gum because I cant find it anywhere, I saw some gum ball machines in the diner and tried those but they dont work. Can some one help please x

It's right up there in one on the houses on the pier.
