cannot uninstall game!

I can't uninstall it's not even listed in the add/remove programs section what can I do?

The only way i know of is to delete it from the registry using regedit, which will make your computer think it isnt installed, allowing you to delete the folder and re-install.

I read somewhere else on these forums where you need to look and what needs to be removed. Try a search for 'registry'.

You have to delete the hive HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Activision\Vampire Bloodlines

from the registry, and then delete the folder:
C:\Program Files\Activision\Vampire - Bloodlines

That should allow a clean install.

P.S. That will wipe out any indication that the game was ever installed, so any and all patches and so forth are gone, too.
