stacking armor help

i have 1 black knight plate hauberk-class 11 slashing piercing and bludgeon protection are 763, add 60 attack, add 321 to physical resist, add to cold protect 218, add to fire protect 262 and add to stone skin 1, i also have another dark knight hauberk but i cant stack it on my other one its class 1 adds 7 to willpower and adds to lightning protection 202, is the reason maybe because they will make to mmany attributes to one piece of armor?

Right, you can only have five bonuses on any one piece of equipment.
