Is it wiser to go through the single player campaign with only 1 skill mastery or 2 ?

I am playing the Single Player Campaign now and my character, which is a Wanderer, has just reached level 8.
I was wondering if it is better to continue the game only being a Wanderer, or whether it would be better if I choose another skill mastery too?
I understand that with choosing another skill mastery, you can't make one skill mastery as powerful as it would have been if you have concentrated all the points only to that skill mastery; However, I want to know if the advantage of having two skill masteries would overcome that problem.
Also, what would be the best second skill mastery I can choose for my character, regarding her being a Nature Wanderer now. I prefer the Strom and Hunting classes myself, will they suit my character's Nature class well?
Regards,

This all really depends on you. If you only like the skills in the Nature Mastery, then stick with it. If you use a lot of bows, then learn some Hunter skills. If you use a lot of melee weapons, then learn some Warfare skills. If you use staves, then you might want to take Spirit for ternion attack or Storm for the storm nimbus.

Maxing skills right away really isn't all that essential, but I would try to make sure you put 32 points into one of your masteries by the time you get to the first parts of Egypt. Maxing a mastery is one of the most powerful things you can do because of the + to your stats and mana and hp it grants. You don't need to try and max both (not enough points in the Greece to pull that off) but I would try and get one tree full and then fill in the essential skills a little more. Then move on and start doing the same with your second mastery..whether that be later in Normal, or if you choose to wait till Epic.
