Transfering gear?

Is there any way to transfer gear from one of my characters to another in this game? I always find nice items that another char could use but I don't know how to transfer them.

Theres a mod called vault. I don't know if gb has a link to it but it is found on titanquest.net (do a search).

IT has caravan.

I'd get vault though in any case.

Do you use Vault mod yourself? I've read some ppl had problems with their characters loading...
