Tortured souls - or is it tormented?

I can't remember :P
But I need some. Apparently Epiales drop them, but I've only found them at one location in the same cave where you get the Hades vault quest. Does anything else drop them or are there any other places that Epiales can be found?

Other than quest items, items drop nearly completely randomly in this game. As per the sticky above, please don't create threads on where to find items in the game.
