| Single skill character
Has anyone had any success with a single skill character? I started a storm caller (also talked about in another post) and seemed to do really well through TQ. Concentrating on a single skill tree allowed me to max out and get high end stuff early. I was able to kill Typhon with relative ease...and not near the health potions as it took using my Warden. But half way through IT I started suffering greatly. Without the stats of another skill tree, I had to rely solely on my attribute points to boost my character stats. Also, those high end skills suddenly became less effective. My maxed out chain lightning and Wisp that were leveling the ground before me in TQ were barely scratching the surface halfway through IT. In the end, I ended up pulling points from my high end stuff and putting the into another skill resulting in a longer life span and greater damage dealing by my character.
I was just wondering if anyone has created a single skill character with any success and managed to keep them going? |
