Ahem, just got home from nice boat trip with my daughters (burnt my shoulders, agh!)and went to UPDATE button and ... N0thIng. So maybe they work ´til 23:59 before they release it

| | | Oooh goody, downloaded the patch and I got an error when installing, downloaded again, got another error, so I've got a mix between 1.0 and 1.01, and guess what got left out? The crashing.

| | | They left that out? Pity. The least they could do is just provide some tips as to how to solve those crash problems if they can't fix it. IO Interactive did that when they released a patch for Hitman: Blood Money and it was rather thoughtful of them.

| | Yeah, if the automatic updating isn't working, you should try the manual patch. We have a link to it in our downloads section.

Bad news  Started playing with patched 1.08 with my level 14 Soothsayer, played about 15 mins, paused game, went to swim about 2 hours to local very beautiful forest lake. Came back and tried TP to nearest town, CRASH BOOM BANG !!!!  Uh oh, no fish for THQ !

OK, 1´st, got this game SOMEHOW working (allready running about 2 HOURS !!!) without crashing  i read ALL posts from Eyejinx and did all imagineable fixes.... Now it seems to work. (on 1.08) My stuff : AMD XP 3200+, MSI K7N2 DELTA2, ATI SAPPHIRE 9800 PRO (256). __time passes...__ And background check... game is still running nicely, about 3 hours now (i was fixin´my boat/trailer).time passes___... So much for that! unpaused and CRASHED nicely....  I give up

first i want to apologize because may englis is (very)bad.
i have crash problems and i have problem with patch:i dowland patch1.08 manual or in the game but evry time i have same problem when i activite patch and i get 2windows but i dont see any words.i see wher i need to ''click'' but i don't see words like''do u want to instal patch1.08...'' i ''clic'' on slot what i think is "yes'' and instal start and in the end i get another window with big > ! < but i cant see any words like''patch was sucesful''or ''patch fale'' then i clic on emty slot again(because i cant see any word) and when i start game same version(1.01)is there!maybe this problem seems little strange but do u have same problem?

Hi ! and welcome to the forum  I had a same problem with patch installation, no text, i clicked the left tab when it asked "something" at the start. Install was succesful, in menu screen it shows version 1.08 in lower right corner. Well that about ALL it does, sadly... i THINK game runs a little smoother after the patch, but it did NOTHING for those constant crashes
