Need Dream Mastery Advice...

Hi. I finally decided to build a DreamKiller (Dream & Rogue). I am going to focus on dream first. However, its seems like there are a LOT of options and I can't decide how to spend the points I have accumulated. For example, is Distortion Wave worth dumping points into? It seems not to do much damage and could be replaced by (much) later skills in the skill tree. Any advice concerning good Dream builds is appreciated. Thank you.

@Shilpa, Please don't post anything that has no relevance to the topic at thread, it can be construde as thread hijacking and it's rather rude.

@Lumpkin, Dream and Rogue I recently did. I found Phantom Strike and it's tier along with traps and decoy's from rogue effective. Those are easy to get, and you'll have a lot of extra points to spend. My advice to you is to NOT spend points in Nightmare or either of the two top trances (the first one you can get is an alright trance, but the top two are really kind of useless).

But this all depends on if you're a melee or caster like rogue (whether you like to rush right in and start slashing or if you like to set things up to weaken the enemy and then kill them with relative ease later on).

I just wanted to say I found Distortion Wave extremely useful, and thought I could share this thought since FattyLumpkin asked about it. Sorry if I did it in an inappropriate way

For dreamkiller I would envision traps, phantom strike, and the skill that petrifies in a radius (so they eat trap damage). The best trance for a trapper dreamkiller would be trance of war because they'll eat a lot more pierce. Also you can poison/bleed with trance of war.

Definately poison/knives combo too. Maybe a dream pet?
