memphis family heirloom quest
Please help have cleared the slums but cannot find the boss, have restarted game to regenerate but still cant find him

He can spawn in multiple possible locations. If you reload your game he might respawn in a more obvious location. I can't locate him on a map for you or anything. Just scour the map. He is in between rhaktosis and the library.
