I was wondering if there is a programme out there for titain quest that does the same as Atam does for Diablo 2?

Whats atam? There are programs that you can use to edit ur character. Soulseekers defiler is probably the best program to fix problems with ur charater.

Atma is an item storage programm. It allows u to store items that u don't have room for in your stash/inventory and swap them between characters
