enchant legendary equipment?????

Well, either it's a hack, or done from the games editor. You can only enchant yellows and greens, not blues and purple when playing outside of custom quest mode.

So, lemme get this straight.

Purple is legendary
Blue is Epic
Yellow is normal.

Under what does green fall?? Or are those just rare items spread over the 3 difficulty modes??

Yes, greens are rare items that drops in all difficulties. They can be found at merchants too. They rise in power along where you are in the game (Matches the stuff you can buy at merchants). Sometimes they are actually more powerfull than alot of blues and set items, especially if you enchant them. Found a green cyclpos clubs with 70-90 in damage. Bonuses +29% in damage, +21% attack speed and +32% offensive ability.

Enchantet with the epic relic "Embodiment of the Valor of Achilles" there was added:

15 Damage
+15% Attack Speed
Completed Relic Bonus: +25% attack speed

Im in epic and this gives me 599 damage per second. All other blues collected (Have done lots of farming) has maxed given 389 DPS. So good idea to keep your eyes open for drops and merchants selling green. In fact it is what you spend your money on in the game...
