Hey guys,

on epic, I finally reached Knossos, so I was ofcourse very happy, knowing I could start a little farming on the 1st telkine.

Killed off the Minotaur Lord, which was harder then I expected, but saved collossus form and ancestral horn for the telkine.

So when the Minotaur was dead, I killed the statues, went giant and summoned my ancestors.
Then that **** telkine did some magic and my ancestors turned against me, and I died in like 20 seconds.

So, for anyone who is at the same place and same skills, use ancestors for the bull and only giant form for Telkine, else you'll have major problems.

yes thats a knowen spell that the first telkine as in all 3 game lvls..
you will be able to bit him eazialy by just- not summoning your ancestors..
if you use them for the bull then just wait untill they will vanish XD
if you use permenent summonings thats a bit more problem... but the 1st telkine wont be a big deal if you wont use your summons :P (well he is one of the weakest boses)

thing is, I still am using my green samurai sword, which all in all does about 380dps, and it takes me about 4 to 5 minutes to kill that telkine.
If I could use my summons, he'd die a lot faster, but we all know that problem.

So I'm kinda farming him and the minotaur for better equip, cause in my opinion, I need a better sword and I have yet to find it.
I found a better shield already, 30% to block 145 damage, the base damage it does is 75 and it has 33% elemental resistance and some other nice stuffs.
But it's blue, so unfortunately I can't enchant it.

But for now I'll get by, I don't die at the telkine, sometimes the minotaur is a problem, but he'll die fast enough cause of my ancestors.

your weilding stuff thats maybe epic but you can rly get much better green equip that will suit you!!

I'm guessing you mean the fire and cold damage??

thing is, if I drop that stuff, my dps will drop like a brick, so...

I'll farm typhon and try and get better stuffs.

thing is,the stuff I'm wearing now is much better then anything I've
found up till now.

But from my outfit, my sword and shield are ok, right?? I mean, they suit a melee char, don't they??
Ans my torso armor isn't all THAT bad is it??

Well, I'm gonna be doing some serious farming on the 1st telkine on epic and Typhon on normal, cause this is getting annoying.

When I got to the cave with the manticore, it killed me with 1 shot.

When I got to the giant yeti, he singleshot me.

When I got to that huge beast which guards the ancestral weapons, it singleshot me.

Getting kinda tired of that.

The yeti was easy, just avoid it when he shoot, the rest of his attacks are easily survivable, so he was done for pretty quick.

Already found some nice stuffs, got the Legendary ring Polaris, nice one actually. And the warriors plate, from the warriors panoply set.
Will keep farming till I get better stuff. lvl 41 now

the 3 special monsters in epic are ment to be killed (eazialy) by a legendery lvl player, you can kill them befor but their kind of hard!
i left withoutkilling the king robot and menticore.. knowing i can go back fighting them anytime i want XD
your weapons are good how much dps youv got?
and i understand you got a legend item at lvl 41? from what monster? first telkine?

i'm courently started a new build thatll maybe turn out to be great!
its a fast attacking bowman XD and after reaching with my lvl 43 assassin to the 2nd telkine, its pretty eazy to train my lower lvl char with all the epic and greenss and money i saved

I found the legendary amulet Polaris, but I think I got it from a normal monster, or some sort of hero monster, part of a group, not from farming anything. Could be that I was lvl 40 when I go it.
But I already found Sword of Damocles when I was like lvl 35, so......

and indeed, I can go back later on and kill it easily when I'm legendary, but I was pissed off that those buggers were one-shotting me.

My DPS is 380 atm with 230 average damage and highest damage dealt was 510, but that was probably with shield smash or another shield skill.

I am noticing btw, that now I have to watch it when I dive into a group, archers kill me a lot faster then melees, gotta get my pierce resis up.

Sounds like a nice build yer starting, if it works out for ya lemme know, might start one myself.

I'll keep ya posted in this thread about what nice stuffs I find during farming.

my main is lvl 43 wihout a legend item.. and i'v been doing typhon for like 453 times and now i'm doing typhon only when i need money for my fast archer XD but still... no legends.. (maybe you cant get a legend from a normal lvl monster)
but i can also run 2nd telkine in epic.. ill surely try that

untill now my build is doing fine.. lvl 11 pure hunting mastery.. all the epics i saved for it (bow,amulet,2 rings, torso) are for lvls 33+ or high str.. so ill rly know this build's power at this lvls...

btw YOU SHOULD GO RUN TYPHON FOR FULL SET OF TROJAN ARMOR!!!
its a greatttt armor and betwin the first 30 runs i got a full set !!!
it may take you more then that but its so totaly worth it!!

that might be worth a shot, I already have the leg armor from the trojan set.

Eventually, when I reach legendary mode, I want the Tartarus set, but then again, who doesn't.

I saw that one and it is pretty awesome.

Sounds like yer starting a good build, I may start a defense/??? build, think it is nature, which makes yer regen of yer skills drop to 0 seconds, or did I understand that wrong??

nature as a skill (at 32 points..) that reset all your courently loading skills so you can imidiatly use them again.. but each time you use this skill it costs you 200 mana XD
you have also a skill that make "healing wind" load faster..
there wont be a skill that makes your regen time 0 seconds cause then youll be god XD

so if I choose nature as 2nd mastery, and take that one skill that uses 200 mana, and I used say ancestral guardian and collossusform 2 seconds before that, I can use that 1 skill so that I can ue those other 2 skills immediately after it??

How long does it take for the refresh skill to recharge?? if that is only 1 minute, you can be giant and with guardians half the time yer playing.

and it'll only cost you 200 mana if ya put 1 point in there, when at 6 points, it takes only 115 points, and that's excluding any outfit that gives more skills to it.
